We are looking for a qualified Sales support specialist to join our team. You will provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries.Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support to customers/partners

- Being first contact for customers/partners: answer their phone calls and emails, deal with problems when possible and connect with the customer interaction team if needed
- Review pending orders and specific customers/partners’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Meet customers/partners

  • Support to Sales team

- Make the link with all Soldo departments to make sure to get feedback and make sure that the Sale teams has every information she needs
- Support the Sales team members in all their activities
- Take care of administrative tasks including filing reports, opening of Soldo account for customers and write offers
- Updates all contacts information for clients
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
- Suggest sales process improvements

  • Support to Country Manager/Partner Sales Manager

Keeping track of sales targets and follow-up on Sales team performance and goals


Fluent in English

Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate

Work experience in card issuers companies, software gestion companies, welfare companies, business travel companies.

Hands on experience with ERP and CRM (SalesForce)

Proficiency with MS Office Suite

In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Excellent communication skills

Analytical and multitasking skills

Teamwork and motivational skills

BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus
